Born in Cantù in 1987.
Since 2008, she has been working as an Expert Accountant at the Administrative, Tax and Labor Consulting Firm of Dr. Antonio Minervini, Chartered Accountant and Statutory Auditor. Over the years, in addition to acquiring in-depth knowledge of accounting and business management (small, medium and large and private), she has developed the ability to better understand the needs of the Client, adapting to every reality and need required.
In 2015, she became Co-owner.
The need to improve himself as a professional, and the desire to study, led him to begin his studies at the Faculty of Law of the University of Milan-Bicocca in 2015. Here, he completed the Single Cycle Master's degree with a thesis in Criminal Procedure entitled " The defense of the entity in trials for crimes committed in violation of the rules on workplace safety " (Supervisor: Prof. Avv. Oliviero Mazza), where he obtained the maximum score.
Her previous work experience, in-depth study during university, and the legal practice path carried out at various law firms and at the Court of Monza (Criminal Debate Section), have allowed her to develop in-depth knowledge in the field of Corporate Crisis and Insolvency (Legislative Decree no. 14/2019), Legislative Decree 231/2001 (with particular regard to crimes in violation of the regulations on safety at work pursuant to art. 25-septies, environmental crimes, corporate crimes, tax crimes, fraud in the exercise of trade and money laundering), and more generally of crimes against property.
Furthermore, during the period of his legal practice in court, he acquired in-depth knowledge in the field of crimes against the family.
Since 2022 she has been registered with the Monza Bar Association at no. 4681.
Since 2022 she has been a member of the Monza Criminal Bar Association.
